SWAP MEET – We all have clothing, leather, guns, etc. that we’re no longer using. Here’s an opportunity to get rid of it and make a few bucks in the process. Part of the pavilion will be designated as our “Spook Hollow Swap Meet” area. Bring your merchandise to the range on Friday and find an available table. Sellers are responsible for tagging their merchandise. The swap meet will not be staffed. Sit nearby or use the honor system – it’s your choice. All unsold merchandise must be removed at the end of the day on Friday.

RO I and RO II COURSES – SASS certified safety courses are essential to the education and safety of all participants at any skill level in Cowboy Action Shooting™. At a minimum, all competitors should attend RO I to ensure the understanding of all SASS safety covenants and basic rules of the game. RO refreshers are also important as SASS rules change often.

The RO I & RO II courses will be conducted on Friday. The costs are $25.00 for RO I, $25.00 for RO II, and $10 for RO I or RO II refresher. Pre-registration is required, so please sign-up with Loco Poco Lobo and Nawlins Kid at wild1911@outlook.com to get more information.

VOLUNTEER SIGN UP ROSTER – Please consider signing up to help with side matches or in the registration area on Sign Up Genius.

50/50 DRAWING – A 50/50 drawing will be conducted with proceeds benefiting El Posse Grande. Tickets for other raffles will be sold throughout the event.

SASS SCHOLARSHIP FUND FUNDRAISER – A special fundraiser will be conducted with proceeds benefitting the SASS Scholarship Fund. Raffle tickets will be available at the cost of $5.00. The full listing of prizes will be announced soon. You can reserve your ticket with an email to Black Hills Barb. Pay at registration. Tickets are limited.

PARKING – Parking is very limited in the lots at the cowboy clubhouse. All shooters are strongly encouraged to park in the areas designated near the main clubhouse and use the shuttle service. The cowboy clubhouse at the range will be available for overnight gun cart storage throughout the weekend.

MEALS – The SATURDAY Bar-B-Q is included with the registration fee. All other meals can be purchased from the concession stand on-site. FRIDAY NIGHT POT LUCK – Everyone is invited to join us for the Pot Luck dinner to be held on Friday night at approximately 5:30 PM at the main clubhouse. Just bring a dish to share if you can.

SIDEMATCHES – The cost of the side matches is included in the entry fee. Awards for side matches will be presented at the dinner on Saturday.

SWITCHING CATEGORIES – The deadline to switch categories is April 30, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you don’t see your preferred category on the registration form, please ask.

CAMPING – There are only two outside electrical hook-ups available at the main clubhouse. These are being reserved for our campers requiring electricity for medical reasons. Please contact Black Hills Barb if you require one of these hook ups. There is electric at the trap houses but it is available on a first come-first served basis. On-site dry camping is also available. Camping with full hook-ups is only available at a nearby public campground. We do ask for a $10 donation if camping on site.
